There has been released a Quinnipiac poll these days showing that a 64% of voters in the state have agreed with the Vegas-style casinos.
This percentage is giving a strong credence to the ideas discussed by the state lawmakers. The gambling expansion seems to be now a slam dunk in the New York city.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo has decided to start talking about the gaming expansion by pushing the casino resorts. Lawmakers have rapidly quicked this idea, and the Quinnipiac poll is showing the thing that residents want a full-scale gaming in the city of New York. Only 31% of them didn’t agree with the gambling expansion.
Marc Blum affirmed that they live in New York, which is known to be the greatest city in the world and they have no reason for not getting the best cities offerings in the world.
It is going to be great adding casinos to the entertainment options tradition people in New York already have it.
The casino gambling discussion is supposed to pick up not so far after the new year. Gov. Andrew Cuomo is persistent while trying to change the laws, and he is going to be a leading voice during the debate in 2012. He thinks the casinos can add a lot of money in revenue as well as thousands of jobs for residents of the city.
